Bob Jones gave a prophecy at MorningStar on March 8, 2010. As far as Bob Jones’s prophecies are concerned, they are always far out and extravagant. This one is the same. A real doozy! He doesn’t disappoint in that regard. However, this one sheds a little more light on the spirit that guides Jones. The following is a short quote from Jones’s prophecy:
For many years a priest spoke this to me, and finally he told me who he was…he’s in Hebrews 5:6…Melchizedek generation. (emphasis mine)
If I heard him right, he is saying that a priest (spirit) had been speaking to him for years without identifying himself until recently. Who is the priest? Melchizedek, who passed away thousands of years ago.

Necromancy is defined by Webster’s dictionary in this way:
nec·ro·man·cy
1: conjuration of the spirits of the dead for purposes of magically revealing the future or influencing the course of events.
Date: 1522
It’s amazing just how accurate this definition is as it relates to the rest of Bob Jones’s prophecy, isn’t it? Jones is constantly attempting to reveal the future through his so-called prophetic utterances. The fact that the spirit of a priest is speaking to him should send up massive red flags, especially when that priest claims to be Melchizedek!
As far as the prophecy is concerned, Jones speaks of nature, and reveals that in 1988, MorningStar Church was started as a result of a vision he had of a white-buck deer. Now, twenty-two-years later, he has seen another vision of a deer. Therefore something is about to be birthed. You may think he is talking about another “outpouring” or some new charismatic revival or other, but no. He says another Pentecost is coming. According to Jones, they didn’t get it all the first time. They were cheated. There’s going to be another one.
“I believe this is a millennial baby that uh, uh, having tasted the good word of God, and uh, Hebrews 6:5, having tasted the good word of God, which is Pentecostal power – first Pentecost – and the power of the world to come, or a second Pentecost, and having tasted the power of the world to come, which is millennial power, which is far beyond anything you’ve ever seen before, and I think this is what’s been taken…I think Larry’s lead you to that place of, uh, Hebrews 6:5. For many years a priest spoke this to me, and finally he told me who he was…he’s in Hebrews 5:6…Melchizedek generation. So, I believe that Zion is coming forth tonight…coming forth in your place. And, many of us have waited for a second Pentecost for a long time. We knew we didn’t get it all the first time, we, we knew we sort of got cheated. I believe now has come the second Pentecost to where you can talk plainly to everybody in their own language – marketplace, music, arts, uh, movies, the seven hills – Zion can take them, for Zion is the top of all of it, and Zion simply means those who have matured into a place of fullness, and a fullness of time to where they can be trusted to do the things that the Father wants done. So, let Zion now come forth.” (Bob Jones, MorningStar, March 8, 2010.)
I guess the Holy Spirit didn’t come good enough the first time and now He needs to come again??? On the day of Pentecost our Lord sent the comforter to the earth. Why is it necessary to do that again? He never left! This theology isn’t just erroneous, it’s absurd! How many different ways can the Holy Spirit come to earth, and how many different times does Jesus have to send the Comforter to us before we finally get it ourselves? The believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit of God at salvation, and if they missed that, they aren’t saved. But, moving along…
Jones speaks of a white buck deer that is running around with does, and those does are going to be having babies this year. He says:
I believe that this white buck is going to begin to direct..uh…the churches. Those does that were running with that buck are gonna have babies this year.”
So, according to this vision, a white-buck deer is directing the church instead of the Spirit of God. His antlers have fallen off, and he is getting ready to grow new ones which means he is about to grow in power (read the prophecy for this part). He’s going to run around impregnating the females, and as a result, Pentecost is going to be birthed. Once that happens, believers will experience “Zion,” a spiritual state where the Holy Spirit is going to rewire their thinking. Sound Biblical? No? That’s because it isn’t Biblical…it’s mysticism!
There is much more in this prophecy, especially as regards Zion, but not enough room to cover it all. I will link it below and you can either read it or listen to it by clicking on the links.
In closing, I will only add this: Bob Jones has a strong influence over people like Rick Joyner, and this is obvious given the fact that Joyner continually allows the man to step into the pulpit and deliver these ridiculous messages. It is a frightening thing when people turn to Bob Jones for revelation instead of God’s sure and infallible Word.
Please take time to read the prophecy by clicking here, or listen to it by clicking here.

Shared this on Facebook. Great post and thank your for your faithfulness.
BTW Love the keyword/tag lineup in this post: (lol “Deer”)
Bob Jones, “DEER”, False Doctrine, False Prophet, Melchizedek, Morningstar, Mysticims, Rick Joyner.
LOL… you never know what people will type into a search engine. Can’t leave anything out!
This is crazy. But what is the worst part is Christians get sucked into this mystical mumbojombo. I know someone who goes to MorningStar college. Ack!
Had a few conversations over some of your blog posts.
Elise, I bet that was interesting.
Isn’t a doe a deer, a female deer?
Take note of the last three paragraphs.
I like it that Jones has tied the manifest sons of God- the “millenial baby” as it were to Hebrews 6:5, well I’ll let Jones express it again:
“that uh, uh, having tasted the good word of God, and uh, Hebrews 6:5, having tasted the good word of God, which is Pentecostal power – first Pentecost – and the power of the world to come, or a second Pentecost, and having tasted the power of the world to come, which is millennial power, which is far beyond anything you’ve ever seen before, and I think this is what’s been taken…I think Larry’s lead you to that place of, uh, Hebrews 6:5.”
Perhaps Jones has never read the preceeding and following verses. especially
“they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.”
Sooooo. “a baby in being borned.” Yee-Haw!
OK, so what’s so bad about this prophecy about this “Melchizedek generation” – the church – which has the spirit of the female lion who stops Satan (who comes like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour) from eating the baby?
I mean, doesn’t Genesis 14:26 say that “Melchizedek was a man of faith, who wrought righteousness; and when a child he feared God, and stopped the mouths of lions” ?
Can’t find that in your bible, you say?

Good catch.
OK, I’ll go to work after this final post. I recognized the white buck as a central theme in appalachian folklore. Actually it is a native american thing.
It was central in the story of Virginia Dare and the Croatan tribe
http://library.thinkquest.org/03oct/00492/page27.html
And it is a theme in many other Indian tales
http://www.authorsden.com/visit/viewshortstory.asp?id=18862
“Many tribes and indigenous peoples throughout the world, have this same or similar Holy story. It is one story of wisdom, one that is valid and validated as a truth of our great history. Among native people are the following tribes which relate sightings of the great White Deer; Seneca, Chickasaw, Roanoke, Algonquin, Nanticoke and Pocomoke tribes.”
What an interesting mix, Bob!
I was wondering if anyone else would pick up on the Native American flavor of this so-called prophecy.
I had no idea there was a Joseph Smith “translation” (if i can even call it that). That is just bad….
I just listened to the “prophecy”. I’ve never heard such a load of meaningless dross before. It’s almost incomprehensible, and Bob Jones sounds like a man who’s going senile. The fact that Joyner gives him a platform is a sad indictment of his lack of discernment (but then, the same is true about Todd Bentley).
By the way, I’m involved in Christian Zionism (sound stuff, not Hagee / CUFI) and the Messianic Jewish movement, and the references to “Zion” are really weird. As far as I know they have no biblical basis whatsoever. In fact, they sounded more like the sort of thing a cult leader would come out with.
mostly it just sounded like a lot of psycho-bable. Using many words to say nothing at all.
You’re right, their “prophecies” never seem to have a limit to how far-fetched they’ll go.
Grant,
I am shaking all over, my head is spinning round and round, and I am in a state of worship as I sing the whole song….. thank you for showing me this “HYMN” oops I mean CHORUS
DOE– A DEER A FEMALE DEER
RAY– A DROP OF GOLDEN SUN
ME– A NAME I CALL MYSELF
FAR– A LONG LONG WAY TO RUN
SEW– A NEEDLE PULLING THREAD
LA– A NOTE TO FOLLOW SEW
TEA– A DRINK WITH JAM AND BREAD
THAT WILL BRING US BACK TO DO… oh oh oh
I wonder if that is the same “deer” that makes it’s rounds in my neigborhood every so often. Little white tail and with his followers the “does”. Hmmm, poor things look like they haven’t eaten for a while as winter comes to a close.
Soory, The absurd brings out the absurd and keep listening and reading. IT AIN”T OVER YET!!!!!!
Bob Jones: “He says another Pentecost is coming. According to Jones, they didn’t get it all the first time. They were cheated. There’s going to be another one.”
This reminds me of the LDS. God didn’t get it right the first time. The Bible is the word of God but it wasn’t translated properly..that’s why the angel, Moroni, told Joseph Smith “the real translation”…
So either Bob and LDS are wrong OR God missed it.. hmmm.. which one should I choose?
Only problem is neither Joseph Smith or Bob Jones can back up what they’re saying scripturally. Smith is dead and gone but Bob Jones better re-read that last little bit of Revelation that says what happens to those who ‘add to’ or ‘take away’ from the prophecies of this book.. (Bob, that’s the part at the very end of the book.)
There’s no Joseph Smith translation per se, LDS has 4 books. The Bible, Pearl of Great Price, Mormon Bible and one of which I can’t remember the name. But only ONE of them has error in it. That would be the Bible..and here’s how we know.
Young Joseph went out in a field (or forest or somewhere) to ask God which church he should go to. Suddenly! the angel Moroni appeared to him! And told Joe that ALL the churches had gotten it all wrong and don’t go to any of their churches. Because…the particular translation they were reading was all that the translators knew to put down at the time the Bible was written…but Moroni would give Joe the correct translation…
So once again, God missed it. Because I can’t find “another pentecost” in my BIble anywhere. Shoot. I can’t even find the forerunners Mike Bickle keeps calling IHOPpers. Pearl of Great Price might have it..
kidding…just kidding…Mormons wouldn’t make that mistake. They’d know it wasn’t of God.
My husband & I visited a church after we recently moved, and found out they were a church planted by a church in Florida that is under Bob Jones and follows his “leading” and Morning Star, ala Rick Joyner to the “T”.
The people at the church were warm, loved God very much but they didn’t like us questioning Morning Star, Rick Joyner and Bob Jones, all who were brand new to us – we had never heard of them. It was if we had uttered heresy to question them, and were advised we needed to go with them that week down to Morningstar where they would give us info to straighten us up right off. We received “prophecies” via email from members of the church, from Bob Jones showing us “the way”.. it was rather creepy to say the least. We were told people who go to that church “follow” Bob Jones, Rick Joyner and Morningstar, no one else; then they would say – well than, you know “God”…
The pastor shared how he went to lunch with Bob Jones, and the staff at Morningstar and Bob Jones laid his hand on his chest during lunch and immediately he was caught up in the 3rd heaven. He sharing us, trying to let us know if we “joined in” we too could be part of it all…..
We of course could not attend this church, and because we received so many emails from several of the members “trying to enlighten us” we sent them Scripture and reasons why we couldn’t attend. They immediately “cut all communications” to us, not even continuing a casual friendship. They officially turned their backs on us because we wouldn’t cooperate.
I share this only because we personally had contact with people who believe Bob Jones is the real deal, and they “live” for his prophecies, and their whole church is centered around it.
We were greatly saddened by this experience, grateful to God He immediately brought Scriptures to our minds showing us Truth, and that my husband & I both were on the same page from the very beginning that these people were being missled, but they follow…
Sister,
If you don’t mind, I’m going to post this on the main page. If you want me to take it down, I will. But, I think it’s very enlightening.
What really struck me when I listened to the “prophecy” was the flattering nature of what was said. Things like: you’re the chosen, you’re the one in one hundred (or one thousand), you’re called here because you’re mature, you’re the bee’s knees and the cat’s meow! (love that!)
.. and all said in that slick and sibilant tone that reminds you of a snake in the garden. {{shudder}}
Anna,
It just says so much when you’re kinda speechless, doesn’t it? LOL!
I’m not the “gloom and doom” person– but holy cow this last bit of babble is so over the top, I am actually cringing and almost speechless… almost. An ancient spirit guide?
My husband referred me to Joshua 24:15, which clearly states to make a choice: God or the occult. OK, very cool and precise. I then opened to Jeremiah 23 (surely not by chance) which looks to me as definitely not a happy camper biblical chapter; full of warnings and God’s anger toward the false prophet’s in Israel. Oy vay, so like many of today’s fallen by the wayside churches?
What are these people at Morningstar doing? If I could put into words– remember, I said I was almost speechless–I am seeing red and smoke is coming from my ears and… and…
Oh alright, I’ll make a small suggestion as to what they should be doing… they all need to zip-it… and to do that now!
Rev. K
The problem with you all not understanding Bob is you got to be naked. He does his best work when your naked. So don’t blame him.
He did his best work at IHOP when he was giving a word to the naked sisters in his office.
Prophets are so misunderstood these days.
Would Bob Jones even be considered a wolf in sheeps clothing? I ask that because what he teaches is so opposed to the Bible. It seems like a discerning Christian would be able to see him for what he really is.
Shane,
Despite all I’ve seen and experienced, even I sometimes shake my head in bewilderment at what I see and hear. I ask myself, how on earth can people be so blind? Then I remember what I’ve heard ministers say…”People get the pastor/teacher/minister they deserve.” There’s a lot of truth to that.
They immediately “cut all communications” to us, not even continuing a casual friendship. They officially turned their backs on us because we wouldn’t cooperate.
This is a well known cult tactic. The same thing happened to me 3 years ago in a budding friendship. The more I found out about my now-former-friend’s beliefs the more I began to search out info on some of the people and organizations she was referencing. Then, as I confronted her she withdrew until she finally demanded I never contact her again.
Hi gang,
You know, I am just sitting here in complete and utter dismay as I contemplate the fact that people (I won’t use the word “Christians”) actually buy into this crap. It would take me a long time to post all the refutation I’d like to but I don’t have the time right now but I am just simply amazed at the sheer blindness of people. It’s just insane.
In His service,
Mike
Woe! A deer? A female deer? A buck, an offering or two.
Meek, a name I call myself
Far, from Truth is what I am.
Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind..
La, a smote will follow so,
Tea-leave reading is that next?
And that brings us back to woe! woe! woe! woe!
LOL Great rendition, David! You should copyright it and sell it to Jones.
While it can be somewhat amusing to think about the things Bob Jones says I think it is very important to understand just where he is coming from and what he is teaching.
I recently did a 4 part series on Todd Bentley and the Manifested Sons of God heresy, which he openly teaches, along with Bob Jones, at Morningstar. This article focused on the two of them:
http://beyondgrace.blogspot.com/2009/12/manifested-bentley-part-4.html
Most of what is involved in the MSoG teachings focus in on a poor application of Romans 8:16-25. In a nutshell, MSoG teaches that we will have glorified bodies before the resurrecttion- that this will occur when the body has reached a maturity. The Morningstar spin also adds that only a very few (“one out of a hundred” in this prophecy) will reach this level of maturity . He says “Zion simply means those who have matured into a place of fullness.” He also says “those that reach a level of maturity where you’re wired properly…” The phrase “level of maturity” is used in the MSoG teachings of both Jones and Bentley and many others.
The prophecy starts out “Nature is declaring…Everything is declaring” He might as well have said “All Creation” as it does in Romans 8:22, because that was the reference that he was making. Not the references to childbirth in Romans 8:22 as well. “We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.”
And so he says that the baby that is being “borned” is Zion, this elite company (See Joyner’s “FInal Quest”) , the “Melchizidek Generation” which is his group of devout follower who will bypass resurrection and go straight to immortality. Jones was talking about that generation even back in the early days in Kansas City – to which Bickle in his tapes stated he did not know when this would occur. Now we know.
What I also find interesting is that towards the end of the prophecy he also makes not-so-subtle references to the man-child of Revelation 12:1-5.
“So, on the fifteenth of December, a major thing’s happened. I saw the birthing of a baby. Satan hated that baby with everything that he had. He had tried to kill that baby and stop that baby from ever coming forth. But, uh, the baby was born.. ”
In this manner, its not clear if the baby being “borned” is the Manifested Sons of God (Zion) or the Man-Child of Revelation 12, but MSoG’ers consider them to be one and the same. Some times called the “man-child company.” The ruling “all the nations with an iron scepter” is a dominionist feature of MSoG teaching. Please understand, In most variants of MSoG, Christ never physically returns but the elite church, the “body of Christ” simply morphs into the “Body of Christ.”
Jones does state “I believe this is a millenial baby” which indicates that he believes that we have transistioned into the millenium sans resurrection, this seeting the stage for his company of Manifested Sons of God. MSoG teaches that they will have god-like powers, which he refers to a “millenial power.”
And so he states:
“You’ve been brought here for the next step. Because nature itself is declaring it’s time.”
Romans 8:19 tells us that “The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.”
Jones is saying that creation is no longer waiting. Its time.
You can take that heading in your bible that says “Future Glory” and cross it out.
Chrystal, I’m going to fix a few typos. Please delete the previous post and this one if you can.

MSoG teaches that they will have god-like powers, which he refers to as “millennial power.”

The bottom line with all of this is just as the song says it will bring us back to doe or dough
you knead or need the dough
they may need the dough
it’s like the hokey pokey that’s what it’s all about
the dough
20 years ago Jewel [van der Merwe] Grewe was writing on the MSoG/Latter Rain/Joel’s Army, etc. teachings. Following are a few of her old newsletters with quotes of Bob Jones, Paul Cain, Mike Bickle and others in which she compares this stuff to the teachings of New Age:
http://www.discernment-ministries.org/1990_FirstEdition.pdf
http://www.discernment-ministries.org/NL_June1990.pdf
http://www.discernment-ministries.org/NL_Sept1990.pdf
After reading Chrystal’s introduction and listening to Bob Jones’ “prophecy,” I did a Google search on the name “Melchizedek,” clicked on Google Images, and came up with the following NEW AGE websites and pictures. There are more, but you get the picture:

Also, in the Contents page of the book, “ANIMAL SPIRIT GUIDES,” Steven D. Farmer lists “Deer, Caribou, Elk, Stag” among the many spirit guides within the animal kingdom.
Source: http://tinyurl.com/ylk8dos
While a complete list of spirit guides is too long to cite, JZ Knight has “Ramtha,” movie star Shirley MacLaine has “John the Scot,” and Bob Jones has “Melchizedek.”
And, since visitations with “Jesus” and “prophets” and “apostles” are common within the “prophetic movement,” add them to the list of spirit guides–counterfeits one and all.
“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived” (2 Timothy 3:13).
Bud Press
Ah, Ramtha. I haven’t heard that name in a while. Jones and company are definitely as far out as J.Z. Knight.
I know a lady very well, one I tried witnessing to many times, who at one time was a Ramtha “groupie”. She even went out to the week long retreat a couple of times. Some of the stuff she told me was very spooky. Alas, the first time she went, she fell while there and spraigned her ankle, and had to leave the retreat early. The second time, I think she came down with a cold or something. I wanted to scream at her “stay away from those demon-fests!”. but I know it would have done no good.
RE: They immediately “cut all communications” to us, not even continuing a casual friendship. They officially turned their backs on us because we wouldn’t cooperate.
IHOP people do that, though I don’t know if it’s “officially” advised. But they’ll cut off friends and family communication if they feel like anyone’s disagreeing with them.
Mike Bickle and Bob Jones — they’re still good friends..
Dough is the word that should be used , and these people have added not just a little leaven but a whole truck load. Ruination is what follows.
Yes but even besides Bob Jones, Mike Bickle/IHOP etc., how many in the body of Christ are buying into the deception? All the deception is New Age and yet even believers in Christ are saying, “Oh it couldn’t be that…could it?”
I just stand back and wonder, WHY can’t more people see the deception?! It does everything but come up and bite them.
The whole Contemplative leven is ruining the whole lump. And you’re right. It is a truck load – a boat load of leven.
Flattery is seed to deception’s fruit.
To be encouraged by prophecy and exhorted by prophecy to follow Jesus (For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy) is SOOO different from ego stroking & flattery, especially about spiritual matters.
Satan seeks to taint the good, not just promote the evil. That’s why he appears as an angel of light and why church pulpits have become his favorite hunting ground.
Wide is the path to destruction, it says “don’t put God in a box!, be free in your pursuit of Him” .. and once folks believe that there is room for more than just Christ and Him Crucified .. their downfall has begun.
The first thing that came to mind when he started talking about the deer imagery and an antlered buck leading the church and impregnating a doe was the who Neopagan concept of the Goddess and her male consort, the Horned Lord. The more and more I hear about neopagan beliefs and New Age spiritualism, the more I’m struck at how much they have *in common* with the excesses of Third Wave Charismaticism and even classic Pentecostalism dating back to Azusa street. It’s sad that you could probably take a group of Wiccan revelers from a Beltane festival, drop them in the middle of MorningStar central, and neither group would be any the wiser. =/
Wow Andy!
I had forgotten all about Azusa’s tie into all this. And man oh man, Azusa Street, I was taught (back in the 80’s) was when ‘God really began showing Himself to America!’
This tie-in to Wicca is absolutely right on.
@ Andy and Annunk:
Having just had my eyes opened this past year to WoF and hyper-charismatic heresy and error, I don’t have much background on Azusa Street and the tie-ins to neopagan beliefs and New Age spirituality that you mention.
Can you point me to some good resources?
Thanks
Norcal
Azuza Street was basically the beginning of the Charismatic movement on the US. Check out this site: http://www.rickgreene.org/2007/10/azusa-street-revival-1906.html
This is just one of several sites but discusses the beginnings of Azuza Street in 1906. This particular article here also touches, skims over, some of the error that hit charismatic denominations. AND ISN’T IT FUNNY that I just said denominations?!
I always get a laugh out of someone saying, “I go to a non-demoninational church.” ..because charismatic is as much a denomination as Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Assembly of God etc. — there’s just no “main board” to oversee what’s taught – to make sure ‘everyone’s on the same page’.
Hope that helps.
Where is Jesus Christ, Y’shua in his speach?
I am hearing new millennium babies…
a white bug with do’s…. ?
a drop of golden sun in Zion?
Indeed, this is not from God, but from the other side.
God is clear in his message.
Here I’m hearing nothing from the gospel.
I will share this on my blog.
God bless you and keep you safe.
From years back, I remember Kenneth Copeland saying, “The Lord showed ME in His word that…” and then he went on with a ‘brand new’ teaching. A new way to USE God’s word over something when we prayed. I mean people in the audience were shouting amens like crazy. It was very magnetic – the excitement! The WOW!
Now, looking back, I see where old friends who are still going by those teachings have gone thru disappointment after disappointment. I see where God has not only NOT blessed them in their endeavors but HAS also allowed them to lose one thing after another after another. And I’m not just talking about things. I’m including family, friends, jobs, understanding, direction and the list goes on and on.
You would think that they would step back and just ask God, “What’s happening to me?” ..but instead they are ‘commanding’ this and such to “line up with the Word of God!” And things continue to move in the opposite direction for them…
I say all this because I’m always reminded of when Jesus told His disciples that unless you come as a little child….
I’m absolutely firmly convinced that all of these new and MARVELOUS teachings lack one basic component: humility. Never mind that they’re unscriptural, they cause those people who really “get into” these teachings to believe that they are ONE UP on the entire rest of the Christian population – and I don’t believe God would ever bless anything that would cause a person to become arrogant.
@ Annunk:
Thanks for the Azusa Street link. Have skimmed it, but need to re-read thoroughly.
Norcal
Once you forsake the revealed word of God rightly divided, you will believe anything. May God raise up a generation of Bible believing, teaching, preaching and evangelizing leaders.
Wes Mason,
I think that statement is one of, if not THE most profound statement I think I have ever read, which very clearly explains exactly what has made it so very easy for people to believe the heresy being put forth as teachings coming straight from God and to swallow them – hook, line and sinker.
Thank you.
The truth is, the two things that get to this point , just before the end, is the hate for the Jews all around the worl, and the great apostasy in the church. The Priest this nut is talking about “Melchizedek is Yeshua Jesus the last priest.. and Zion, is none other than Israel, Jerusalem and always was and will be forever. the great mistake is that the church thinks they replaced Israel and Jews are lost. but that is a lie. The promises to Israel and His chosen with a evelasting Covenant of land and of Redemption. Some say how odd that they hate the Jews but love the Jewish G-d. In the good Samaritan story, the trhee going over the rugged road, the dying man at the side of the road, the first a religion figure, crosses the road and leaves the dying man. the secon a tax collecter, gov..and he does the same. the third man with his donkey,,picks up the man, puts him on his ass and takes him to the Inn and tells the Inn keeper that he will be back in two days to pay him whatever he owes him. a day is like a thousand yrs..the third man in this parable is The L-rd. time is up the birthpanges are getting worse. HE is coming.. After yrs of reading scripture the promises made only to Israel were stolen by these fakes and the ones they did not want are thrown back at the Jews. prophecy is being fulfilled. it is written that when HE stands on the Mt of Olive, brings up the dead and they see who they peirced and mourn that HE takes away their sin and every knee will bow and confess HE is G-d and then it says, ALL Israel will be saved. We are to search the scripture to see if what is being said is true..most dont..now it is a human gospel. the road is narrow and many do not find it, the way to hell is broad. The only truth is what scripture says, Romans tells us we owe the Jews a debt and got the gospel thru them. taking scripture out of context is pretext and nothing but a lie..time is short, no one according to the L-rd will have an excuse. those who change one dot or tittle is accursed. Genesis 12:3 tells us from the beginning who is cursed and HE told us the end from the beginning. G-d bless, seek Him and you will find HIM..
After reading all of the above posts. I want to just weep. Everyday I pray for discernment, everyday I pray for God to reveal only the truth to me. Each time I hear or read something I pray for God to either close my eyes or ears. I only want truth.
Weep, weep for them, they are lost and deceived.
Julie,
I join you in your tears for these people. I’m very sad to personally know families that have been broken in two by followers of these heretical teachers/teachings. Who’ve believed that they are following God by cutting off all communication with friends and/or family who disagree with these satanic, New Age lines of thought.
Can you imagine how astonished the disciples must have been to hear their Lord telling them that prior to His return, there would first be a great falling away taking place?
No one wants to EVER believe that THEY would be the ones who would be deceived. So how do you make sure you’re not? The easiest, safest way would be to turn off the radio or CD, put down the varied books by copius well known authors and read your own Bible. Before reading it though, pray for God to lead you thru showing you what He has for you that day. That would be one way to ‘allow’ Him to close your eyes and/or open your ears to His truth.
