The Tongue-Clicking Cue

Remember Roy Fields?  He was the “praise leader” at the Lakeland Revival.  He’s the gentleman who went on and on and on and on for hours, pumping up and prepping the crowd before Bentley would take the stage to dazzle the sheeple with him sheeka-boom-bams!

Well, get a load of this video.  Remember how we’ve discussed subliminal cues the hypercharismatics give people before they lay hands on them and “slay” them in the spirit?  I’ve seen people yell, “BAM!” (raising eyebrow at Bentley), and I’ve seen people wind up a “glory bomb” (ahem… you know who you are, Rob DeLuca), but I have to say that I’ve never heard anyone click their tongue.  That’s quite new to me.

Oh, and don’t miss how he yells, “FIRE!” and hits people with his Bible.  If that’s not a cue, I don’t know what is.  Not very subliminal either.

  1. So planned out for a supposed Spirit filled gathering!

  2. Craig D says:

I’ve seen a stage hypnotist do this exact thing. These people get exactly what they believe they’re going to get – an experience. In their rush to receive the spirit they’ve missed / ignored / forgotten the Holy.

  3. Bob says:

This is just stupid nonsense! Who would bring a friend or family member to a meeting like this? This deception is in many so called Christian circles today it really is spooky!

  4. Ruitje says:

Roy Fields is using a mesmerize technic (hypnosis). This has nothing to do with the Holy Spirit.

  5. Greg says:

Watching the wiles of the anti-Christ spirit in this season, can someone tell me what “Pontus Gets Blasted” means? It’s the title of this vid. Holy Spirit save Roy Fields.

  6. james says:

Reminds me of a documentary I watched: Signs and Wonders Movement Exposed by Mark Haville.

  7. Daffydil says:

Maybe he’s trying to “channel” a chicken… I used to get people like that ticked off because I wouldn’t go down “like a good girl”. If you’re going to stand before the Lord – then STAND. Don’t allow some person to push you over just so they can look like a spiritual somebody.
