Why does this show sound like a cheesy “FM Morning Zoo” format?
Remember what happened to Ahab? That’s exactly what’s now hapenning in the WoF/NAR mevement at thisvery moment, and this scripture serves as a dire warning to all those that follow, support and believe in Joshua Mills and his so-called “anointing”:
“And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said to him, With which? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, You shall persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so. Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these your prophets, and the LORD has spoken evil concerning you.” I Kings 22:21-23 KJV
For all those that believe that He wouldn’t possibly do that in this dispensation of Grace:
“For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. ” II Thessalonians 2: 7 – 12 KJV
the LORD also said this:
“I the LORD have spoken [it]: it shall come to pass, and I will do [it]; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith the Lord GOD.” Ezekiel 24:14 KJV
“God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” Numbers 23:19 KJV
I needed a laugh this morning. This certainly provided one!
Joshua Mills is famous for his tall tales. Sometime back he claimed to have eaten gold leaves from the tree of life and now this.
I needed a good laugh too. priceless!!
I think Paul Simon did a song about this but rather than entitle it “Joshua Mills and the Oil From His Feet” he came up with this which may have been better.
Sadly, we look in the wrong direction when we hear of these things. The Joshua Mills, Patricia Kings, Benny and Kenny’s of the world would not succeed if it were not for the sheepel — those who have chosen to swallow and follow — those who have a form of godliness but deny the POWER — those who REFUSE to study to show themselves approved — those who LOVE to have their ears tickled.
“…if My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” II Chronicles 7:14
There is no humility, little prayer, few seekers and far too many love their wicked ways — ‘… they have lifted themselves up against the LORD of heaven, they have drunk wine with the world, and have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know, but the God in whose hand is their very breath, and whose are all their ways, has not been honored.’ Daniel 5 [paraphrased]
I could use this, my feet are so dry and cracking in this cold dry winter…if I can just conjure up enough faith to speak it into existence…Then I too can be like all the 200 year old ‘christians’ running around with soft feet who have perfect health and money too!!!
